The Father's House

A place to imagine welcome, love, and being together again.

An artistic reflection inspired by Scripture. The mystery leaves room for wonder.

Bethany · John 11:38–44

“Lazarus, come forth.”

From tears at the tomb to a voice calling him back to life.

Lazarus emerges from the tomb An artistic scene of Jesus outside a stone tomb as Lazarus, wrapped in burial cloth, steps into the light.

The stone is moved. Jesus calls. Lazarus steps into the light.

John describes Lazarus returning to earthly life, still wrapped in burial cloth. This scene remembers that moment in Bethany, alongside the hope explored in this imagined world.

John 14:2–3 · King James Version

“In my Father's house are many mansions … I go to prepare a place for you.”

Jesus offers his disciples reassurance as they face separation. We imagine those many dwelling places as a welcome, held in the hope of being with him.

For those we carry in our hearts.
